When I booked my stay here, I expected it to be like any other hotel, but I was taken by surprise. The hospitality provided by this hotel was more than I had expected. The rooms are very clean and the view is amazing. We can see the entire Kanchenjunga range from the hotel. This is a family-owned business so guests are taken extra care of. Lots of complimentary tea and snacks are provided by the owners who personally make sure your stay is super comfortable and better than expected. They respond to you very quickly and make sure everything is up to the mark. Such a high level of care and service for such a low price cannot be found anywhere else. This is the best property to stay at while traveling to Darjeeling.

Mr & Mrs Shameer (owner) are two wonderful and kind host. They welcomed us as one of the family. They made us feel comfortable and cosy. Always there whenever we need some help.
