The guesthouse sits right in the old town. I loved wandering through the streets, finding cute eateries and the architecture is beautiful. Lots of colorful colonial buildings. They have a well-kept garden upstairs with views to the church. A great place to relax. The owners are very attentive and friendly and are more than willing to help you planning your trip. They arranged transportation for me a couple of times.

The property is located in a very peaceful area but still within 25 minutes walking distance of the city centre. Deric was a great host, very welcoming and helpful and the best in 6 years travelling in India. He sent us recommendations on what to do and made sure we had everything we needed. A very good breakfast was served across the road in Soul Curry and Deric was there each morning to make sure we were well looked after. Our room was very comfortable and spacious with a private entrance. The sleeping area was on a mezzanine level with the bathroom and a small kitchen area on the ground floor. There was a lovely shaded balcony accessible from the mezzanine.
