The cleanest room I stayed in during my 4wk India trip, by far! Very welcoming staff providing small free breakfast on arrival after a long journey. Booking got upgraded because of low season. Nice and quiet place practically next to the beach. Great value for money!

Very nice balcony, view into the green palmtree forest! Quiet surrounding, close to the beach! (5 min by foot) The hosts were very nice as well and gave us everything we needed. Agonda is great to calm down, do some Yoga, enjoy the sweet cafes and the beach!

I visited this place with my family and I loved it. The location, proximity to beach is good. Lot of eateries nearby and the best thing about the place is Mir sir who is the caretaker here. Awesome smart guy, very helpful and very cooperative. There is a restaurant right in front of this place which provides baby food like khichdi, suji halwa and North indian food. Thanks Mir bhai for making our stay pleasant.

The lovely appartments are spotless clean, the view on the sea is amazing and the silence at night is absolute (no cars, no dogs, no music) and this is so rare! The staff is entirely dedicated to the customers, they'll drive you, bring you anything you need, without ever intruding on your privacy. The food is top-notch, fresh and cooked to order. Actually the place is famous for its restaurant (2nd generation chef). The area is extremely expensive as it is a bit of paradise, and all accommodation around here are three times the price they are charging here. Location (right on the beach!), next to the accomodation is a bar, which cooked really good. The room was very simple but clean and nice and comfortable. The host/facility manager Srikanta made our stay very pleasant, booked us taxis, scooters, and was available at all times with anything we needed.
