The house is lovely. And when we were there, it was basically empty - so we had the place to ourselves. The owner was very accomodating to our requests and gave us an extra hour to check out and answered all my questions prior to visiting.

This place is located near the beach and within walking distance to many restaurants and supermarkets. This apartment has a washing machine and a place to air dry our clothes! We were really happy about it! Dotan is a great host. He provided many useful tips/ info and made our travel a lot easier in Tel aviv. We really enjoyed our stay!
