The family that own the property are so lovely and happily help in any way to make the stay as comfortable as possible. Just a 5 minute walk from the sacred hot Springs which are a must! Really enjoyed the location and the sound of running water was just the cherry on the cake!

Everything about the room was clean & fresh & new. The location was great for me & convenient to the beach that dolphin watching tours left from. I had to leave around 5.30am and as my driver was not going to be available at that time, I was planning to either walk or get a grab/gojek/etc. Sri, on my behalf, got on her phone to the dolphin tour operator & (quite strongly) convinced him to come & collect me from her place. Before securing my lift, she'd said that if she couldn't do that, her husband Adi would drive me there ! She also specially prepared and cooked for me a 'local' chicken meal, even though they are both vegetarians. Adi went off to buy the chicken & ingredients & he even brought back a few beers for me. Then she steadfastly refused to accept a modest cash 'tip' from me. Sri & Adi could not have been better hosts & went well 'above & beyond' to make my stay there pleasant & memorable. I can't thank them enough nor recommend their accommodation more highly. A belated THANK YOU to you both.

Beautiful room & pool area with spacious gardens. Really a hidden gem in Lovina. Lovely host Kaia who attends any need. Breakfast was delicious and was delivered to our lovely patio at whatever time suited us. The place exceeded our expectations!

Location was very peaceful, with beautiful views over the rice fields. The garden was very well taken care of and we had a chance to taste various fruits. We even enjoyed a fish pond. Very good healthy breakfast. Munduk area is very good for experiencing authentic Bali and enjoying the jungle. Mr Wayan is an exceptional host, we felt very welcomed.

Such a perfect piece of paradise among rice fields and in the middle of greenery. Small, but cozy bungalows, clean, AC working perfect, mosquito net, Netflix! The food is good, reasonably priced, the staff is quick to react.

Everything. Value for price is more than you could expect. We recommend staying there longer, we were for 3 nights and it didn't feel enough. We were checked in very fast, accommodated by all staff, helped with luggage, the room was ready. It is a nice hotel with 5 rooms only, with a big clean pool, available 24/7, small but beautiful territory, including outside tables and sunbeds. The shower by the pool and pool towels are available. Cosy area with chairs and small table by every room. The room itself is big, clean, and has good noise isolation (which is rare in Bali), and it's an overall quiet district. They have hot water in the tab, which is not guaranteed in the area. The kitchen is fully equipped, including salt, pepper, oil, tea, coffee, sugar, and WATER 20L for your constant use. Staff is available approximately 8 to 17 and leaves the place after, which gives a lot of privacy. There is an emergency number in case of problems. Cheap laundry across the road. Backery 2 mins, market 5 mins, beach 10 mins, pepito (Western supermarket) 15 mins, restaurants are all around.

This new homestay is excellent in every respect, from the cleanliness to the super friendly and uber helpful management of Kadek and Dedi and Myor, they perform from the heart. Beds are 10/10 comfortable, rooms are and ideal size with great supply of hot water for the spacious shower room. The aspect view of the balcony terrace is quite exceptional with views over the rice terrace and a setting sun between the sloping mountains is quite stunning. A well designed guest acceptance area and ample secure parking for scooters which they can arrange for you. Dinner can be ordered in from their partner restaurant Warung Classic, alternatively a 12 minute walk to the restaurant itself will help work up your apetite..Will definitely return to Laras homestay on future trips to Bali and will be recommending to friends.
