Very clean and quiet hostel in the heart of Ruteng. The breakfast is delicious. Host helped me with transportation, perfect!

The host is super friendly. It rained so much, our clothes were so wet from the drive with the motorbike and we were so cold so we appreciated the hot shower there (don't forget to put on the boiler first). He also gave us a second blanket - we slept so well because the blankets and pillows were so fluffy and soft. It's a simple room but clean. There is no flush on the toilet but that doesn't matter, because you can do it easily by your own with the water. We missed nothing in the room. The Breakfast was also good - fried rice. Thank for hosting us. It was us a pleasure.

Great host, amazing homestay! We stayed for one night, but wished we could stay longer. The homestay is close to Transflores road, but you dont hear the traffic, and also few minutes driving to Ruteng, looking down the valley. Phillipo (the owner) is very nice. He welcomed us, prepared for us delicious dinner. Next morning we enjoyed amazing sunrise from the room, and we were given tasty breakfast. Simple and clean homestay, close to Ruteng. In the next days Phillipo helped us with tips and by sharing his contacts on Flores, as he used to work in tourism. Without him we couldnt have organised Komodo boat tour, as we were too late to take the classic tours. On top of everything, he speaks english very well, so we could ask everything we wanted to know about the island. Thank you, Phillipo!
