Nice host, well-equipped, clean accommodation. There was everything that was in the description, we could grill and cook. It is not far from the city and the beach. Everything was OK.

After the renovation, we were the first guests. We were welcomed by the owner, who was incredibly kind and helpful. A pleasant surprise was the welcome drink to celebrate the reopening and welcome us as the first guests. We enjoyed our stay in beautiful spaces with original elements of the accommodation. We are satisfied with the coziness, cleanliness, price, friendly approach, and of course the location right in the city center. We will definitely visit again.

The apartment is very clean, wide, it has everything we need ( mirrors, soap, tower, small middle to do makeup, glass, cup, iron, place to storaged the luggage, locker? .. Also has a shared kitchen full kitchen utensils. Also, you have the support of the hostel that you can store your luggage and get information you need. I had my flight canceled due to the network outage, and they gave me great support.

Perfekt location. To Arena is 5-7 min to walk. Central market place is 150m, good to pay local wine, eggs etc. Confortable bed!

The location was unbeatable, right in the centre of town and within short walking distance to all the main sights. It was very clean, and the apartments were refurbished and modern. The managers had excellent correspondence and the cleaners were so friendly and helpful. We had everything we needed and will stay here again if we come to Pula.

Everythnig was perfect, from self check-in, all comunication, to self check-out. St.Martino has only one parking space and if anyone else reserve it before you, you will have to park on street. Last week of september, we could find free parking spots around and payed are almost always available. But we decided to pay 10€/day in S.Martino and park in a backyard, with electric open gate.

The room was a duplex in the pretty and quiet backyard of the building. The apartment has a small kitchen unit, everything is tastefully decorated, and the yard has a table plus chairs that belong to the room. Everybody was very friendly, we got chilled drinks for welcome. The center is a 10 min. walk away, thus the place is in a quiet neighbourhood. A supermarket is nearby.
