Marica was very friendly, the room was very clean, had a beautiful interior and a nice view from the terrace. The location is also great, right next to a family friendly beach and close to the center. Highly recommended!

Great llocation. Literally, just two streets from the marina promenade and the sandy bijeca beach. All the facilities you'll ever need were there: microwave, fridge, kettle and fully equipped kitchen. As long as the appartment goes, I fully recommend a stay there.

We were basically alone in the whole complex - which was nice! Shared bathroom and toilet were oaky and clean. Had the room with balcony and ocean view - very relaxing sounds in the morning. Also liked the quiet hidden location (in sense of it´s not immediately next to the street but behind some other building and has a nice garden). I can recommend it. Also we had wifi access - which was needed for us but I am quit sensible to this things but turned off wifi and used internet via ethernet cable. Even so there was quit a lot of radiation (I measured with EMF meter) - so I actually had one of my worst sleeps but that´s me - as already said - I am highly sensible to any linf of EMF (bluetooth, wifi, mobilephones). But nonetheless the place was a good emergency stop so to speak. For the price it was absolutely okay - I was happy we had a quite and nice room to sleep for couple of days :)

Such a brilliant place to stay. Had a separate kitchen which we had access to, a large fridge and a nice bathroom. Parking was quite easy and close on the next block.
