Fantastic service by the manager / owner. Overall very friendly and helpful. Goes the extra mile to support and assist us. Provided good and useful information. We accidentally broke a cup and initially needed to pay for it. However the manager / owner decided to waive the penalty fee. Definitely recommended. 🌟⭐🌟⭐🌟

The location is amazing, the staff is lovely and super helpful, and the room was always clean. I like exploring the city, so I basically only go back to the hotel to sleep, and this was perfect for that.

Location is good. Ibu Enty from Indonesia is very helpful and friendly. Clean room. Has refrigerator. Towels are changed everyday. Good air-conditioning, good WiFi , and good warm water for bath. Airport bus A21 is just in front .
