Hilda and Elvis were very accomodating and helpful, and just lovely people in general. They picked us up late, and helped us organise our Tikal tour. The property is very clean and comfortable, and is in a safe area. The kitchen has everything you need to cook for yourself if you would like. The beds were very comfortable as well.

A great house in a gated community opposite the airport and next door to a good shopping mall. Clean and well equipped comminal kitchen. Ample room with comfy bed, nice linens and hot water in the shower. Airconditioningnin room was perfect. Streaming options available to log into on the Smart TV. Excellent secure parking.

The place is very cozy. The staff and owners are charming. They helped us organize the tours, and they gave the best prices for the tours. The breakfast is very good for what you pay. The air conditioning works from 7 pm to 7 am, but if you go to reception, they turn it on no matter the time. Clean bathrooms, clean rooms, social areas in excellent condition. A very solid hostel. has it all

The Host was amazing Friendly and gave us a Lot of advices, the kitchen was so clean and we could make smothies for free!! The terasse has a beautiful view over the lake, just amazing! Stayed there 6 days, just because of the hostel 😍

The staff were great. Also was happy to be able to use the washing machine and hang laundry out to dry. Island is small so location was only a 5 minute walk to the "main drag". Close to places to eat and places to pick up small items. They even provided coffee with the coffee maker. Fridge in room and a shared full kitchen on the upper deck.
