View to the sea and Mani peninsula (from our rooms balcony) was just beautiful and framed with the nice pools of the hotel. Well spaced and nice rooms and parking place close to rooms. Very good breakfast, only niggle is that a little bit of more veggies and fruits might have been nice, otherwise it was also exceptional and also nice place to have outside your breakfast if the weather is good. Beach is in a walking distance and it had a tons of space in April. It more than exceeded our expectations and seeing the nice pools (not very big though) made us sigh out of pleasure.

We loved staying at Petritis guesthouse. We stayed with our 2 year old son for the last two days of our trip. The room was exceptional with air conditioning, comfortable beds and a dreamy huge breakfast. Super clean, and big bathroom. Both the room and wider hotel are very stylish, with respect to the local architecture, materials and plants. Thank you so much to the hostess for her warm welcome, fantastic hospitality and genuine engagement. We couldn't have asked for more during our stay. Definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is just in front of the sea, you can sleep enjoying the waves sound. Maria and the staff have been really friendly: they waited for our late arrive and they prepared us breakfast early in the morning because we had to leave. The place is amazing!

To Palio was awesome, we enjoyed every bit of our stay there. The owners are super nice, the environment is a heaven on earth. Everything was nicely clean and there was some kitchenware too so we could cook our own breakfast and dinner.

Mani Spot is located in the town center and convenient with everything. The host, Maria and Georgia, is very warm and considerate. It seems a brand new hotel and with complete kitchen devices for making breakfast and coffee. The quilt and and pillows are quite comfortable.
