An absolutely marvelous place to stay and use as a base from which to explore one of the most beautiful mountainous areas of Greece, whether you want to hike or just enjoy nature/architecture and good food. We really enjoyed the security provided by the accommodation and the location itself, the beautiful aesthetics of the room, balcony and yard, and the excellent information provided by our host. This is one of the cases where the pictures actually do the place justice. Although our room was not equipped with a kitchen/kitchenette, there was some equipment to prepare breakfast, which was greatly appreciated. Dimitris was also very kind and understanding when we inadvertently broke a small piece of equipment. Actually, everyone we met was super-nice and laid back. And finally, the village provided ALL of necessary amenities, while still being close to other villages and locations to explore.

We had a lovely stay in this guesthouse! We initially stayed only 1 night, before starting a 4day hike, but then liked it so much we decided to stay another night after the hike (which was in a different room). Both rooms were very beautiful, decorated and equiped with great care, and super spacious. The thick stone walls and vibe of the rooms makes you feel a bit like going back in time - a very cool experience! It was also very clean. The host was extremely kind and made us feel so welcome. The communication via google translate also worked very well. definitely recommend!

The propietors are very helpful and friendly. The atmosphere is welcoming and the breakfast is simply amazing. We traveled in autumn and therefore made use off the fireplace in our room. Dimitsana and surroundings are worth a visit. There are plenty of nice restaurants in the immediate neighbourhood of the guest house.
