Great house in a great location! The view was amazing and Richard (the owner) was such a warm and welcoming host, very responsive and so helpful in all our queries. The house has all the amenities someone would need and a large veranda to relax and sunbathe. It is only 20 steps from the sea, 100m from restaurants and shops and 12 mins walking from Paroikia centre (chora). We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Paros.

The value for money you receive is truly outstanding, and as a solo traveler, I was warmly welcomed and made to feel exceptionally comfortable during my stay.

Exactly like the pictures - beautiful, cute, clean! Only around 10 minutes walk to Parikia. We rented a scooter and there is parking just in front the building. Everything was very clean. Very quite and not far from the centre. There is some adorable cats there too! The host was very kind, he gave us a map and recommended places to visit and restaurants to try. 10/10 stay, would definitely come back!

I went there with my wife in October for our honeymoon. Eleni, the host, was very kind, helpful and courteous to us. I wanted to go to Santorini with my wife, and she not only and she not only took care of our luggage while we were gone, but also drove us to the ferry both on the way there and back. Not to mention, that she prepared a beautiful decoration in our room for our honeymoon. We really enjoyed our stay there. We hope to visit that place again in the future, maybe with children.

Very clean, new apartment. Comfortable furniture, 3 separate balconies, nice quiet neighbourhood. The owners were very friendly and organised, sending through a message with details about check in, transfers and facilities etc. the day before check in so we were very prepared.

One of the most beautiful villas we have ever stayed. The villa is newly built in a slope with magnificent views over the Aegean Sea and is an architectural masterpiece with every detail well thought through combining modern and traditional Cycladic elements. The quality of the rooms is second to none, the pool area is refreshing and gives you a 5 star hotel vibe (without the noise 😎) Stephane was a great host and I liked his discreet approach during our stay. I would definitely recommend Egeo and come back anytime!
