The host was lovely, she was very welcoming and helpful, telling us all the bus routes of the island and giving us a present when we left which was so cute. The actual room was on the top floor and it had a fairly sived balcony that overlooked the orangery below whilst still offering a sense of privacy. The bed was also really comfortable and very clean. Good location too next to a really nice bakery and supermarket.

If Ricardo's place is available, BOOK IT!! It was the highlight of our stay in Parikia. It was the only "cottage"(second floor) across from the beach. The patio was incredible(huge, private with amazing views plus shade, day beds, and a large dining table), and the inside is very nice and spacious with excellent AC. The bedroom has shutters over the windows, preventing early light from entering your bedroom in the morning. Book a reservation at Mario restaurant, not even a minute walk away, overlooking the sea. Ricardo is incredible. He was extremely attentive, yet we never saw him, aside from check-in. He helped us with our bags and told us playfully that he would be angry if we didn't message him with a request or inquiry during our stay. We very were close to many beach restaurants and a 5-minute walk to the main part of town. Noise was not an issue at all. We felt very safe and we were the only ones there. There is a great parking spot that is gated. The beach is excellent: clear and warm water. One review stated that they enjoyed cooling off in the water and then walking back to dry off on the patio. We very much enjoyed this as well. Ricardo also provides a hose to wash away the sand. BOOK this place. You will not regret it. Thank you, Ricardo!!

the staff welcomed us whole heartedly. they really were very lovely and accommodating. the rooms were beautiful with everything you could think of, even a beach umbrella for the beach which was only a 4 minutes walk. the location was walking distance to everything.

It was a very nice small hotel, with the most lovely and helpful hostess, great location, nice and big rooms, fresh fruit, bisque, candy and water served in your room every day. Great and lovely outside areas to each rooms and a charred garden. We will for sure come back.

Such a wonderful place to stay! We arrived quite early in the hopes of dropping our bags off for the morning but were greeted by a lovely lady who took us straight to our room and allowed us to check in early! The staff were very kind and helpful and the apartment itself was beautiful and very nicely done. We had a lovely patio area looking over the super cute garden and up to the nearby mountain which was nice and peaceful especially after a long day in the busy town centre. Would definitely recommend this spot! :))

The location is perfect. Very close to the center of Parikia and also close to the nearby beaches and beach bars. There are also many cafes with breakfast and brunch options very close. The street was quite even on hectic times during the day. We got a room on the second floor with a nice balcony and view. The rooms were always clean and tidy. Eleni is a wonderful host. Represents perfectly the genuine greek hospitality. She was always helpful and proactive with our requests, made us feel like home. I highly recommend it. We will come back for sure.

I stayed in Studio 2, which is very spacious and I really liked it. The outdoor area is very idyllic. The branding was super cute – I loved those little touches like welcome bag, gifts from the hosts. You can borrow beach towels, which I really appreciated during my island-hopping tour. It was truly a lovely stay.
