This is an excellent guest house located in the historical centre of the wonderful Kos in a calm and quite place. It is close to the harbour, all the good restaurants and the bus station, it will take you just few minutes to walk to the architectural sites of the city. Pauline, her husband and her sister are amazing hosts, they are very helpful, friendly and caring. We were happy to get to know this wonderful family. The room was very clean and spacious, the beds were very comfortable and we had all we needed for our 3 days stay. Even if you lack something Pauline and her family will sure help you out. For our Kos experience, it was a quiet and clean house. There was enough space for all of us. To go to the beach and stroll around the center, it’s necessary to rent a car, motorbike, bicycle, or scooter. Mr. Akis kindly helped us with everything we needed and gave us great suggestions. We are very grateful for his kind hospitality and friendship.

The location is unique, it really does take your breath away! The communication with Angeliki was perfect. Whenever you have a request, you'll get an answer within minutes! We had a medical emergency and were being help and taken care of so well by Angeliki and her mother, for which we were ever so grateful. The apartment, the pool and the garden are immaculately clean. There is a lot of privacy and it is very safe and quiet (absolutely no traffic or aircraft noise).

Absolutely everything. I have been going to Kardamiena for over 30 years and this is by far the loveliest apartment I have ever stayed in. Its beautiful, with 3 really spacious double bedrooms, the kitchen has everything you could need, the kids were kept entertained with Netflix while I cooked and both bathrooms were clean and spacious. The wonderful owner was so kind and waited for us without any issues when our flight was delayed,kept in contact prior to and during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. She provided bottled water and some nibbles for our first night as we were arriving late at night when no shops were open. We hired a car and there was plenty of space to park right outside. Location is perfect, right I the centre of town and 2 second walk from the beach, there are 2 main supermarkets just round the corner and if you're driving its a minute or two round the corner from the main road. We went out of season so it was nice and quiet but even in season it's just far enough away from the bars that it would still be an ideal location for a family or group.
