The guestlady was extremely nice, even if she was not there on my first day, she made sure I had everything I needed. She helped me find a driver to get me around the Kakheti region for some wine tastings, and also made me breakfast and left me some wine in the evening. The guesthouse is just amazing, so rich in history, quite spacious and with a great terrace.

A wonderful place created with heart! Neli and Zaal are wonderful people. Open, tolerant and endlessly hospitable. We felt at home :) Apartment clean and equipped with everything necessary. Beautiful garden. Peace and quiet. To the center about 15 minutes walk so close. Breakfast delicious, with lots of homemade cheeses, jams, breads, etc. The children were delighted. We were too! Breakfast served on the terrace by a very nice girl. Zaal served his wine - the best we ever drank! We were also invited to dinner - it was a huge surprise for us. We spent several pleasant evenings together. We met other guests and heard many beautiful stories. A time we will remember for a long time. The owners helped us organize a driver who took us to many beautiful places in Kakheti. The children really wanted to go to the pool - and here Zaal also helped us. He called a nearby hotel, so we could use the pool without being guests. We stayed for three nights. The place completely enchanted us and... We bought another one :) If we return to Kakheti it will be only to Neli and Zaal guesthouse.

Place was very nice, clean, close to the main attractions of Telawi. Owner, were absolutely fantastic, open ang friendly. Our room was next to the street nad we afraid of noise but was quiet and very comfortable. We recommend the place.

Tiniko’s best house was the best guest house we have ever stayed at and it was the highlight of our trip in Georgia. We were so well looked after, it felt like being cared for by our grandparents. We were so sad to leave, it is a special place run by special people. We did a wine tour on two of the days of our stay and it was amazing, they took us to amazing local places and also helped arrange a taxi back to Tbilisi. The room was spacious and very clean, the shower was hot, and there were so many thoughtful touches eg umbrellas and slippers. We will be back, thank you for a lovely stay!!
