We were absolutely delighted with the guesthouse! The hosts were incredibly kind and hospitable, and we want to express our heartfelt thanks to them. They created a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, making us feel right at home. The room was very comfortable, with a soft and cozy bed, and it had everything we needed for our stay. The location is excellent, with everything we needed close by. We especially enjoyed the lovely courtyard, which was perfect for relaxing. The stable Wi-Fi was a great bonus. A huge thank you to the hosts for their warm hospitality — we will definitely return!

Had a lovely stay at K&N guesthouse - the room was clean and comfortable, had AC and TV. The family was very sweet, friendly and helpful, suggested places to eat that wouldn't be overpriced. The playful owner's cat always lifted the mood :D Great location - close to the city centre (max 20-30 min walk to old Tbilisi), close to the metro (9 min), close to Holy Trinity Cathedral, various cafes and shops. The hill that some people mentioned wasn't really a problem. All taxi drivers also found the place. Thanks for the cozy stay!

I had a lovely stay at guest house third floor. Loved the bed (most comfortable bed i ever hsd on a trip!) - it was all verry clean and the balcony was super nice. They cook verry nice breakfast, you can choose between different options a day before. I also could check in earlier. The appartement is verry spacious and i loved the neighbourhood, there is also a nice speciality coffee place just at the opposite of the street
