We were absolutely delighted with the guesthouse! The hosts were incredibly kind and hospitable, and we want to express our heartfelt thanks to them. They created a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, making us feel right at home. The room was very comfortable, with a soft and cozy bed, and it had everything we needed for our stay. The location is excellent, with everything we needed close by. We especially enjoyed the lovely courtyard, which was perfect for relaxing. The stable Wi-Fi was a great bonus. A huge thank you to the hosts for their warm hospitality — we will definitely return!

Palazzo hotel was a fantastic stay in for us in Tbilisi. The host was so friendly and stayed up with us into the night talking about Georgia and offering us to try some homemade local food and drink. When we are back in Tbilisi we will for sure come back.

The lady taking care of the place did not speak English but that is fine. She was very helpful. She gave me some detergent powder to use in the washing machine in the room, and gave me something to hang my clothes. Location was good and close to old town. Showers were nice and hot.
