The property is a apartment with 4 big bedrooms,3 upstairs and 1 downstairs, the latter only a bit penalised in views as the windows open on the downstairs patio. The kitchen is huge, with new and modern furniture and good availability of cutlery and cooking gear (missing a colander). There is no dishwasher,which we missed, but overall no complains The living room/entrance has a tv and sofas. Each bedroom has its own new bathroom with good pressure and hot water. They are wet bathrooms: if you take a shower water goes everywhere inside the bathroom. The heating was high and the whole apartment really warm and cosy. It is really a very good situation, clean, comfortable and new. The owner was very helpful in everything and in particular let us run some very needed washing cycles with his washing machine, arranged horses for us when we wanted to go camping and was always available for our needs. The apartment is in Gergeti, some meters higher up vs stepantsminda so it would be a walk to go down by foot (and come back up!). With a car the location is perfect to explore Gergeti trinity church and in general the whole Kazbegi. There is a mini market close by for any emergencies

this was a beautiful property, Everything was new and the apartment had everything: kitchen, stove, pots and pans, cups. The bathroom was clean and there was a trampoline outside! Our host Leila also made us a dinnner when we wanted it one day which was great. There is a market nearby and it’s a 20 minute drive to stepantsminda

Unbeatable location: very near Tbilisi-Stepantsminda marshrutka bus stop, supermarket and Mountain Freaks (which provides transport to Truso and Juta). Nino was a lovely host for us, welcoming with very clear English. She prepared breakfast for us and made us feel very welcome in her home. The location is very close to town with easy walking. The balcony looked out over the mountains and the extra benefit of a kettle and fridge was very welcome. Thank you for a brief but very enjoyable stay in lovely Stepantsminda.
