Amazing property! It’s exceptionally clean, dinner and breakfast included and they were amazing. Felt like at home, very cozy! This property is located close to skiing tracks but still it’s quiet there, awesome views!

Eteri and Otari are very nice hosts and made me feel immediately at home. The brought me to the ski rental shop and organised my bus back to Tbilisi. Excellent breakfast and it was always much more than I could eat. I also enjoyed the glass of Otari's wine in the evening Basically, it is a ski-out and ski- in location. A small ski trail passes at 50m from the hotel. Several restaurants are in walking distance. I liked the one in Club2100 with their big terrace

The property looks just like the pictures, it’s very clean and well equipped. The views are beautiful and the cottage itself is a perfect place to quiet down. The owner and her family are amazing people and will always help you. The overall stay was very pleasant!

Very silent, calm, safety modern place - out of busy road. In room is all what you need (super clean and new), take a rest, calm, feel be yourself. Communication with owner is smoothly, fast, friendly helpful with transfer to this place and with honest lovely smile. You will have all you need when you stay here with great view, great location to enjoy Kazbeghi. The host is very nice and their family always wellcome us with the smile, we fell happy during time stay here. The cottage is new, beutiful, super clean and have enough facilities. The price is good, and it is far away of Stepantsminda about 8km, if you have a car or you can prepare some food before coming, this is great home where you should stay. Thank you so much.
