Excellent location of the place (very close to the park and the bus station). The room was very clean and comfortable with a very nice view. There was a small terrace availabe on the top of the building and another table on the backyard. Very nice options to enjoy some snacks and wine in the evenings. Near the hotel, shops, tourist information and currency exchange agents can be found - anything a traveller needs. The owner was very helpful, providing information about Borjomi and the neighbourhood, and, was waiting for me upon my arrival.

It was a great experience staying at this property. It was near the centre. Very peaceful environment with a great view. All the amenities were provided by the owner.The room was exactly the same as it is in the photo provided. A very clean and aesthetically pleasing apartment was provided. The owner is very friendly and sweet. I really enjoyed living here. I would highly recommend it!!

Borjomi is one of our favourite Georgian towns and Alex's place is perfect to explore it. With all the local knowledge of what to see and where to eat, Alex and his family are invaluable source of information (not only about town but virtually about anywhere in Georgia). The rooms are nice and cosy and we noticed that we had the best sleep there in ages. All the facilities are present, we didn't feel like missing anything.

This might be my favorite guest house stay in Georgia. Temo and Nino were very hospitable and friendly, we communicated primarily in Russian. I was a solo female traveller and felt very comfortable, I was able to socialize with the hosts and other guests in the garden and also have private time. I personally loved that this house was away from the central part of Borjomi, I thought the central part was very touristy. Everything was very walkable, central part to the right, bridge essentially straight out, and park to the left. My favorite part was the park which was also in walking distance—gorgeous. I got to taste the homemade wine which was oh so delightful. They also assisted in directing me to a marshrutka that left to Kutaisi at the end of my stay. Would recommend and would stay again!
