Guest house is in a great location, near all the main attractions, Beautiful view from our bedroom window, over looking the River Ouse. Rob was a great host, very welcoming and helpful. Great facilities too and clean rooms. We would definitely come back again.

Lovely, friendly, attentive host that you only get with a small guest house. Great location; nice and quiet but only10 minute walk from the centre. The breakfast was delicious and perfectly cooked. We enjoyed our two nights here.

Very cosy guest house and friendly host!
It's a great location, only around 20-30 minutes walk to the city centre, not far away from the river where you also can have nice, relaxing walk in the nature.
Absolutely loved our stay ❤️

Nice guesthouse with friendly host and decent facilities.
Room was large and comfortable with lots of amenities.
Location was fine and a quiet road. Near enough the city centre but far enough for a healthy walk.
Would stay again.

Great location, close to the city centre on foot but quiet. Next to the river and also to a lovely little pub with a friendly clientele. Parking available nearby via a short walk , arranged through the guesthouse.
