Loved our stay here. Bed was very comfortable, lots of space in the room and we appreciated the kettle/tea/coffee/biscuits in the room. Breakfast was delicious and the hosts were lovely. It was really nice to have a home cooked breakfast. Location was great being only a 10min walk from the train station where we could catch buses to the other towns. Couldn't have asked for any better really, and for a good price! Would definitely stay here again.

What a wonderful property. Ideally located between Windermere and Bowness to explore both. Friendly staff, beautiful room (12) that was immaculate, lovely balcony that overlooked at stream, comfortable bed, great breakfast. The staff were attentive, helpful and genuinely want you to feel at home and have a perfect stay. We could not fault this property and couldn’t ask for more. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would 100% recommend it. Thank you to all of the team at The Hawksmoor. We will definitely be back! :)
