The room was very nice and comfortable. Great en-suite with rainfall shower which nicely complemented the room. Staff super nice which made the breakfast even more amazing. At walking distance to Windermere and Bowness.

Loved our stay here. Bed was very comfortable, lots of space in the room and we appreciated the kettle/tea/coffee/biscuits in the room. Breakfast was delicious and the hosts were lovely. It was really nice to have a home cooked breakfast. Location was great being only a 10min walk from the train station where we could catch buses to the other towns. Couldn't have asked for any better really, and for a good price! Would definitely stay here again.

My room was so cozy and perfect for me. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the entire room was clean, and it had everything I could have needed and more for a comfortable and luxurious stay. The breakfast was delightful and from what I remember, was sourced locally, which I appreciated. The staff were all so kind and accommodating, and Pam made sure to say hello each morning at breakfast. She made sure that guests were alright, that they slept comfortably, and asked if we needed anything at all. I loved my experience here, and would absolutely stay again.

We travelled by train so chose accommodation which was in easy reach from the station ,we were very impressed by the accommodation which is in keeping with its heritage , the hosts Simona and Sorin were super friendly and are a credit to the overall service provided , its immaculately clean and all round a fab place to stay.
