I can just talk & talk about this beautiful hotel. What a place. We only stayed for 2 days in our 15 days trip to UK. Now planning soon to come for a week just to be at PENN so you can understand how beautiful it is. Miss personal touch with whom you can talk but rest everything in room to location is mind blowing. For us its the best hotel in Lake district. Do not hesitate, book right away.

The lodge is very comfortable, clean and well organised. The staff were all really friendly, and everything we needed was provided for us. The rooms were also spotlessly clean. The location is also perfect for walking around Windermere and its surroundings. The communication was also really helpful. We walked up Orrest Head thanks to the recommendation from the hosts - a lovely view at the top!
