We had great time for our 1 night stay. Very nice owner Paul who greeted us, helped with parking and shared favourite place for dinner and breakfast. There is four parking slots in front of the house and plenty 1 min at the parking. Close to the center (10 min walk), but very quit street. Perth is a beautiful town, we love exploring it. Apartment is lovely and cozy. There is no breakfast but Paul kindly left the out meal and tea/coffee for us.

I liked the property traditional atmosphere and the lady who assisted us during our stay was very friendly and courteous but not overwhelming. Our room was large and beautiful, we had a big double bed and a bed each for our girls. We had dinner at the local restaurant, food was good and the breakfast was really tasty. Not sure whether the heating was broken but upon our early arrival we found two electric radiators already on in our room which was nice so the room was warm by the evening. The hotel was conveniently located on our way back to Glasgow. Overall good value for money.

This is a little gem of a hotel.,warm and friendly owners who provide great hospitality. Excellent dinner and fabulous breakfast could hardly move after the portions. And such a lovely gesture to give my partner birthday cake slice on the morning we left.,hosts go above and beyond Would highly recommend this place

The hotel is lovely, beautifully appointed, but friendly and comfortable. Our rooms were amazing, with absolutely lovely decor and furniture, really comfortable beds and high quality linen. They also provide high quality Aran products, so no need to pack toiletries. The location is stunning, especially as autumn sunshine highlighted the copper beech hedges and trees. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful at all times. The rooms and public areas are spotlessly clean. The food is good, and breakfast cooked to order is a treat. We will be back and have already sung its praises to friends and family. Highly recommend!

beautiful place ! we stayed there for one night while travelling to Edinburgh and we really enjoyed it ! room was perfect, modern, clean and whole space was very detailed ! breakfast area was so nice and breakfast itself was so delicious, that you could stay there for whole day ! :) fresh juices, fruits, homade granola, jam and a’la carte menu if I’m ever back in neighborhood I would definitely stay here :)
