Excellent location close to Penzance and St Ives. Beautifully designed light-filled property, with lots of lovely touches. We had a great stay - wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommended!

Carol was a lovely friendly host who made me feel so welcome with a cup of tea on arrival after a big drive. Friendly and helpful with advice and suggestions for food and parking in St Ives. Bed super comfortable. Facilities clean and spotless and the decor beautiful. Highly recommend this place for a lovely relaxing stay

Located right in the market square. Stayed one night and perfect base. Free car parking very close. Nice meals. Tip - if heater not on in your room you turn it on manually yourself, it is not on timer but once on is cosy.
