Excellent location close to Penzance and St Ives. Beautifully designed light-filled property, with lots of lovely touches. We had a great stay - wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommended!

Built in 1904 as the home of artists Stanhope and Elizabeth Forbes, Higher Faugan Parc is set in private grounds with a large lawn for guest use. It is close to stunning local beaches.

Great location with stunning views across to the harbour. Huge room. Great night's sleep in the lovely comfortable bed. Private bathroom was great and the shower excellent. When we come back to St. Ives, we'll definitely stay longer. Debbie kept in touch with us before our stay and we could check in earlier and drop our bags off, which was a bonus

If you are going to St Ives via train, this is the perfect accommodation for you. It was literally a stone’s throw away from the station. Few walks from the hotel you are already in Portminster beach, The room was spotless and very well kept as well! Breakfast was superb and dining area has a very serene ambiance. And I can’t believe how the people managing this accommodation were so nice and helpful. Gave us few suggestions were to eat and drink coffee. Our train back home was a few hours after our check out time so they’d let us leave our baggage so we can still explore St. Ives. Overall, I highly recommend this place and would definitely come back in the future.

Carol was a lovely friendly host who made me feel so welcome with a cup of tea on arrival after a big drive. Friendly and helpful with advice and suggestions for food and parking in St Ives. Bed super comfortable. Facilities clean and spotless and the decor beautiful. Highly recommend this place for a lovely relaxing stay
