We loved our stay here, our host Hannah was lovely and the location just perfect. Our room overlooked the green and river across the road, there was a pub at the end of the street a short stroll away as well as an icream shop next door and a tea room. It is a lovely village in a lovely spot and is perfect for exploring either by foot or the surrounds by car. Our room was comfortable and breakfast delicious.

Excellent hotel, great location. Staff go above and beyond to cater to everyone’s needs. Very clean and rooms lovely and comfortable. Good in the restaurant is amazing, definitely recommend.

It was central to the town centre and free parking. The room was spacious and absolutely spotless. There was also a mini fridge with the continental breakfast.

This is a gem tucked away in a beautiful country side, accessed by a long private drive where sheep grazed peacefully in the pasture alongside it. It does mean that you must have a car to get here. Parking is not a problem. There is a huge comfortable sitting and dining area which opens out to superb views of rolling fields and the occasional train passing by. The breakfast was excellent and the beds comfortable. We had a wonderful stay.
