Sarah was very welcoming. We picked up the key early and Sarah let us know when the room was ready which was earlier than the expected 3pm. Had the whole of the 1st floor to ourselves. Very comfy bed and pillows. Large bathroom with toiletries and a good strong, hot shower. Good choice of tea and coffee with mugs, a kettle and milk so that we could make a cuppa whenever we liked. Also, squash, biscuits and a choice of breakfast cereals available. There was excellent communication throughout. We would definitely stay at Sarah's house again.

Fabulous. Nice size room, very pet friendly, lovely breakfast, attentive host, can't praise this place enough.

Couldn't have been happier with this booking. Always a risk booking B&Bs in Blackpool as there are so many but we were so happy with the room, cleanliness, breakfast. The owners were so accommodating at breakfast. Breakfast is made to order and they can accommodate all options. We will definitely book again here and we are so happy we have found it.

Wow we loved our stay unfortunately was only for one night .the guest house is amazing lovely staff . Ursula made us feel so welcome . The furniture all around is so classy easy to see how the Redstone Guesthouse has 5 stars and so many fantastic reviews . The breakfast was superb so tasty and the cakes Ursula makes are gorgeous. Keep up your hard and amazing work loved every minute of our stay easy to see why redstone won four in a bed because everyone is so so genuine. we will be going back soon for sure .Tony & Deb.

Everything! What a wonderful place to stay in Blackpool! We thought that everything was wonderful, they even supplied a thermos of real milk for tea when I asked! Great facilities and very clean! Our view from the top floor was wonderful and the tram stop was about 100 yards away. Very quiet and very well appointed room! Sad that the dinner restaurant wasn't serving, because the breakfast was outstanding!
