Exceptional and beautiful.... Like a diamond in the rough... This place offers more than expected... The facilities are out of this world. The room was so comfortable and clean.. The bathroom was so clean and plenty of washing products in case you forgot your own.. Kitchen was fully equipped , I even washed up cos I didn't want to leave a mess.. Quiet place , nice welcoming front room downstairs. I would 100% recommend the Modern Nest for a stay and will definitely be staying there again when I visit my family Thank you so much and well done 😁

We had a phenomenal stay here! The hosts are amazingly kind, hospitable and they truly make you feel welcome. The room was cozy and breakfast also delicious. The room has a book full of information needed, from restaurant recommendations to maps, but the hosts are also quick to give you more tips if you need them. From start to finish our visit was amazing. Rina and Ian are lovely hosts who are both incredibly hard working. The property is well kept from inside and out with a warm welcome as soon as you walk through the door to when you leave. All the food is also amazing and sourced locally which is an added extra bonus for me. Thank you Rina and Ian once again.

I hadn’t got the cooked breakfast, will do next time, was very happy and staff were very friendly. Will stay there again. So very central and the bus and train station were not far to walk. Had a lovely stay.
