One of the best accommodations we had during our honeymoon touring Scotland. Private parking, access without check-in/check-out, location just outside of the city center. The hosts were wonderful. They were friendly and helpful with tips on history, touring, and places to eat. It was a family affair, including two very loving dogs. The rooms were beautifully decorated and stocked with coffee and refreshments. The beds were comfortable. A beautiful place to stay in Inverness and the host family completes the experience.

Beautifully presented room, with lots of little thoughtful touches like a basket full of treats on the dresser. Well equipped kitchen. Everything was sparkling clean, including very new linen and towels. Location was great, ten minutes walk into town with everything you could need nearby including a laundromat.

The host is extremelly kind and he also upgrated our room. There was a lot of free snacks and also a free whiskey in the room. Breakfast was amazing! Property is near city centre (few minutes walk) and offer free street parking.

Exceptionally well-located, this charming guesthouse strikes the perfect balance - just a short walk from the city centre, yet tucked slightly off the beaten path to ensure a peaceful atmosphere away from the crowds. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and fully stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Wi-Fi worked flawlessly throughout. Breakfast was delicious, with a small à la carte menu complemented by classic continental options, all beautifully presented. Parking at the rear of the property can be a bit tricky, but the owner is on hand to assist with navigation. Alternatively, you can request a guest permit to park at the front, which is very convenient.
