What a fabulous experience! It was one of these rare occasions when a 10 is not enough, the best Bed and Breakfast we stayed in over 2 months around the British Isles! Great price, ideal location and the epitome of hospitality. The owners made sure to take care of every detail: clean and functional rooms; good taste and elegance everywhere; generous welcoming treats in the room to make you feel at home; really home-made breakfast in a cosy environment and with abundance of very good quality, healthy and traditional tastes. We are a family with 2 girls 6 and 8 yrs, and stayed Start of September. Julia and Jamie were great hosts, very friendly and did everything to make our stay perfect. Amazing breakfast hot and cold choice. Rooms clean and spacious. Good mix of guests - families, young couples, pensioners, from UK and abroad. The pool was heated 29degrees and had plenty of Sun loungers, there was free parking. A short walk away from the seafront and lots of restaurants to choose from.

Situated less than a 10-minute walk from the centre of Exeter and a 20-minute drive from the Dartmoor National Park, it is next to the beautiful St Davids Church and cemetery.
