Walking distance from train station and almost everywhere in the city. Carlisle is litterally small but the hotel is in perfect location. Beautifully decorated to the details, rooms are cozy and warm, clean and tidy. You will immediately feel home. Nice English breakfast and endless English tea. The host was also super helpful.

The location is only a 7-minute walk from the train station, the perfect place for a stop over. I was given such a lovely warm welcome. I found my room had everything I needed from a cold bottle of water in the fridge to a very comfortable bed. The room had modern functional decor, and a lot of thought had gone into the layout. I could relax and do a little work in the comfort of my room. The shower was spacious and greatly welcome after my train ride from Glasgow. What impressed me was how neat and prestine the room looked; it was immaculately clean. I knew someone had put love and care into this room to please their guests. Thank you. The evening was quite and pleasant. I enjoyed the full English breakfast, which gave me energy to face my next train ride the next day. I found every staff member thoughtful and friendly. It was a good experience. I highly recommend this B&B, and I will be back.
