Great location, near lots of amenities and walking distance to city centre. I was able to order food to the door but I easily could have walked for food. My flight was delayed and I missed check in time but Thomas was really accommodating and left the key in a lock box for me. He was also quick to reply to messages. Kitchen is adorable and cosy. Very clean overall. Super comfy bed. Breakfast really well thought out. Powerful shower. Loved having the tea/coffee facilities in the room too. Plenty of charging points and WiFi. The room had a tv. Plenty of storage. Great choice for a quick break in Belfast! As a solo traveller it felt safe as I could lock my bedroom door with a key.

Great value for money. Spacious rooms. Mattress was comfortable. Breakfast supplies were the best I’ve seen in my travels. Fridge well stocked, even had fresh eggs! Shower was nice and hot. Plenty of bathroom products if you’ve run low on your personal supplies. Shared spaces very accommodating. Host very responsive. Other guests very respectful. Good walking distance to city centre and main train station. Photos are representative of the guest house. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Would definitely stay again.
