La Maison Lavaud is such a wonderful place! We rented the Penthouse Apartment, it was very spacious, clean, with five bedromms, three bathrooms, a hot tub/whirlpool, Grand Piano, balconys.... It was very well equipped (kitchen, bathrooms, towels, shampoo etc.) and Claire is a wonderful host! She welcomed us so friendly and was very helpfuk with every question we had. She also offered and brought breakfest every morning. They are super organized and so sweet. I really recommend this beautiful and special place.

Our stay at the apartment was truly cozy and felt like home. Everything in the apartment is arranged with care and convenience for the guests. It was especially nice that, despite our rather late arrival (around 10 p.m.) and the contactless check-in option, our host Auroré personally greeted us, showed us everything, and explained all the details. During our entire stay, she and her husband were always ready to help us with any questions. The location is very beautiful — close to the river and in a quiet area. The RER A station is only a 5–6-minute walk from the house, and it takes about 17–20 minutes to get to Paris. Shops and bakeries are also within walking distance, and every morning we enjoyed the freshest croissants there. Highly recommended!

Very nice and cozy apartment. 5 m walk from metro, big Auchan around the street, a lot of small shops nearby. Good place to stay during your work / student / love trip. Very warm (which is nice for winter 2023).

I stayed here for a few days while visiting Paris, and it was a wonderful experience! The host was lovely and super helpful, always making sure everything was perfect. There was nice tea and coffee available for breakfast, which was a great touch. The room was really clean, and the bathroom was spotless every morning. The water pressure was excellent, and the bed was very comfy with a nice, cozy duvet — perfect after a long day of exploring the city. Some people told me this area wasn’t great, but I actually found it really nice and comfortable. The apartment is right above a metro station, which made getting around so easy, and there’s a great taco place and a bakery open early just downstairs. For the location and quality, the price was really good — great value for money. Overall, I had a lovely stay and would definitely come back or recommend it to anyone visiting Paris!

Overnighter was very comfortable. Lacks space for suitcases so not suitable for lengthy stay. No easy to walk food options.
