Extremely clean and well maintained flat. Close proximity to all central facilities...Good instructions on accessing apartment. Everything you need provided in room. Excellent value for money. After reading previous reviews was pleasantly surprised...you get what you pay for obviously and if you want 5 star treatment then book at Hotel de Paris 7 minutes away at €5K per night.

Arriving in Monte Carlo, if you are alone on June 26, you can't afford to make mistakes (on booking.com the price was good, but who knows... in any case the owner had taken care to give me every indication via WhatsApp) otherwise in tears you run to the station and escape. When after a considerable climb (then I discovered all the elevators and escalators) I opened that French window, I found a mega A/C, a large smart TV on the wall (furious fast wi-fi), a mini fridge with kettle and coffee on top, hairdryer, ironing board with iron (fun optional in a 3 square meter room) bathroom and modern furnishings. My life for that evening was saved (never mind the rather limited hot water... and other trifles). As soon as I went down the stairs, in the square formidable pizza for 10 euros and markets open until late.

Super lovely staff, very much a self-service type of place. Great common room to meet people. Room itself is basic but the AC works well, bathrooms are clean and never had to queue, and the in-house laundry was a great touch. I think the bad reviews are extremely unjust and done by people who had expectations of a hotel as opposed to a friendly guesthouse.

The apartment is new and well equipped, spotless clean. We didn't meet the host but they gave us very precise indication about how to check-in and were very responsive during the whole stay. It is in a good position, it is possible to reach the centre and the seaside by foot in about 15 minutes.
