The apartment was clean and bright. Well located in the old section of Avignon. The pool was a delight at the end of a long day. The host shared his thoughts on route planning which helped us to balance our days. He also made dinner reservations for us in fine dining restaurants. Nothing was too much trouble for him. We would definitely recommend this property to any traveller. Our only mistake was staying only four days. We really needed another three or four days.

The hotel faces a narrow alley, we could feel atmosphere and history of the heart of Avignon. The owners of the hotel are very friendly, rooms are very clean. We had a delicious breakfast in a glass pavilion in the garden while relaxing.

The beautiful apartment in an 18th century house is immaculately kept and beautifully decorated by the wonderful host Michele, who is thoughtful in providing accommodation with many extra home comforts. She is very helpful regarding places to visit in Avignon, and our attempting to communicate in French, although she has excellent English. It is in a central location in the old town close to monuments, and many great cafes and restaurants. In the height of summer and the busy annual theatre festival of Avignon it was an oasis to return to, and the private lounge area, and air conditioned bedroom were wonderful, quiet escapes from the bustling, hot town. We slept exceptionally well in the quiet, cool bedroom. Excellent bathroom and shower also.

The owners Christophe and Huyen were very kind, attentive and charming. The property was very clean, well furnished and perfect for 2 persons. We enjoyed our stay there.

Everything, starting with the gate, parking, the room, the pool and all other amenities were exactly what we needed to spend a day in Avignon, away from the crowd drawn by the theatre festival. Easy, cheap and comfortable to get in the centre of Avignon. Oh, yes, I forgot to say a few words about Jean Luc that was the perfect host. Always with a smile, he made us feel like home, like a friend welcoming old friends coming to visit him in the superb countryside of Provence.
