The receptionist was super friendly and welcoming. She offered and later booked us a taxi to where we were headed. She also guided us on how to use the metro / train as we were not 100% sure. I'm sorry I didn't get her name, she also thanks us for our stay when we left.

Very clean room. Located far from the center, but very convenient to get to the center by train (15 min). Nearby there is a mall for shopping. There is a free underground garage for cars. Well located for trips to Toledo and other cities. All liked it. Recommended.
