The staff were super helpful and friendly I really liked how warm and welcoming they were and always so helpful from check in to breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay here in this historic hotel and it was super cosy. Very good value for money we will definitely come back.

Everything. :) Location is ideal. Close to all the sights but in a lane that is quiet. Amazing staff. I asked if I could just drop my bag earlier, they immediately offered me an early check-in. In the end I couldn't arrive as planned but the extra mile was appreciated.

Fantastic location near the Cathedral in central Toledo in a characterful, comfortable and restored building built around a central courtyard. It even had a lift. Communication with hosts was excellent. The breakfast was delicious. A highlight of our trip!

Immaculately clean, really beautiful design, and they let us leave our luggage in the lockers when we arrived early in the morning and couldn’t check in yet. Amazing location walking distance to train station and to all things in the central city.
