Pension Segura is a very friendly and spotlessly clean family-owned and run hotel and is in a perfect location (just 5-10 minutes' walk from the centre of Valencia). The rooms are small and simple (which is why I have given 4/5) and the hotel has facilities (also a 4/5), but this is what I expected in a traditional 2-star Spanish hotel. Segura exceeded my expectations. The staff could not have been friendlier. Although Segura does not have a breakfast room, it is possible to buy tokens for breakfast at the excellent cafe just 20 seconds' away.

Excellent location for murcia airport, plus a taxi was arranged for me the following morning. Service was over and above expected. Great communication throughout. Initially queried the location but once established in the hotel I found some great typical Spanish bars and a Belgium waffle house. I will definitely stay again.

Very friendly owner. Clean facilities and every room had aircon and its own bathroom.

It is very near the train station just a 2 minutes walk. The reception is open 24 hours, My train arrived late at 10.50 pm and it was very easy to check in.The lady who helped me to check in was very friendly and helpful. Also I booked a twin room but they gave me a bigger 4 beds room with private bathroom for the same price. The room and bathroom was very clean. They were also very helpful during a phone call before I booked the room where I was informed that I could check in late without any problems as the reception is open 24 hours.
