Good location; close to bus stop. Cosy atmosphere, feels like home. Rooms/common areas clean. Comfortable beds; towels & toiletries provided. Well-equipped kitchen; continental breakfast with freshly brewed coffee. Owner Jose occasionally bakes a cake for guests! Friendly and accommodating/willing to assist guests in any way he could. No problems for English speakers, he is bi-lingual. Overall, all needs met; couldn't ask for more. Happy to recommend to anyone planning to visit Gibraltar.

I stay at this hotel all the time when I have to spend a night in La Linea. Although the price has increased by 3 euros, it remains the most economical option on the entire coast. Single rooms are quite large, with a sink, wardrobe and small table and chairs. There is plenty of space to put things. Very clean, quiet, hot water constantly, 3 toilets and a bathtub for 5-6 rooms (the toilet is never occupied). On the ground floor there is a large refrigerator, free coffee, tea and sugar throughout the day, as well as a microwave oven. There are tables where you can have a snack. The hostel retains the beautiful Andalusian style, which, unfortunately, is disappearing, as many hotels on the coast have been repainted in plain white recently. There are staff at the reception 24 hours who solve all problems if they arise. The preservation of quality and traditions makes this inexpensive establishment especially attractive and pleasant for guests who comes to this area from abroad.

Conveniently located in the centre of La Linea de la Concepción, this hotel is surrounded by bars, restaurants and shops. The beach and the harbour are only 550 metres away.

Fantastic budget La Linea accomodation in the vicinity of the much pricier Gibraltar. Plenty of food options nearby and the staff were fantastic.

Set in Algeciras, 38 km from La Duquesa Golf and 24 km from Cathedral of the Holy Trinity, Hostal ALGECIRAS offers city views and free WiFi.

It is a very nice, family owned hotel located close walking distance to both bus and train stations. Upstairs there is a good restaurant/pub with excellent sandwiches! Hotel's owner is super friendly and positive person. I can only recommend this place for everyone, short or long stay.

The room was clean. 20 min from the beach. We stay for one night before Gibraltar. In downstairs there is bar, Carlos was very helpful, we had problem, he helped us to find service.

We checked in at the bar below the hotel. Check in was easy and the host showed us to our room. He explained that it was Carnaval weekend in San Martin del Tesorillo and that the streets would be noisy. He kindly offered us an upgraded room on the 3 floor to try to minimize the noise. The room was large, very comfortable and recently renovated. I know other reviews have complained about the noise from the bar. That was not an issue for us. Recommended.
