We spent 4 wonderful days here, the apartment is located just in front of the beach so you can enjoy a lovely view all the time. Wanda is a very nice host, she shares her beautiful apartment (you enjoy a big bedroom with dedicated bathroom) but you have plenty of intimacy. You also have parking available. Plus, the sound of the waves is a huge bonus!

I felt like I was at my home, my stay was long but the cleanliness and amenities were excellent and consistent. I loved the fridge in my room and of course the small, clean yard to catch some sun and everything.

Beautiful location and views. We stayed only for a night, to sleep over, beds were comfortable, rooms was basic, clean bathroom (with beautiful tiles). Easy to check in, we arrived late at night.

We liked everything from entering trough the gates. Florin and his wife were so friendly, caring, kind and helpful. They were easy reachable for every question we had. The apartment is brand new, cozy and very comfortable, with silently working air conditionier (which was life saver in a hot days) and very comfortable beds. The beach is 5 min to walk, but if the sea is too wavy, you can always go to the community pool 😎 What we liked the most, that the neighbourhood was very peaceful and friendly. And because of cute garden we felt like we were in the spa. Highly recommending to visit this paradise, because we will definitely coming back 🤗❤️

I visited with my mum, and we had a truly wonderful time. Steve and Marina are exceptional hosts—the best I’ve ever had. Nothing is too much trouble for them, and they consistently go above and beyond to ensure you have everything you need. On top of that, they are genuinely lovely people. They also have a couple of adorable cats who are very well-behaved. If cats aren’t your thing, they’ll politely keep their distance. The garden and pool are fantastic, and the small gallery is a great addition. When we had a rainy day, we spent it in the gallery by the pool, enjoying board games, drinks, and food. It was a lovely experience. Like any house, there are minor things here and there, but I know Steve and Marina are already working on updating some of the furniture and facilities. Honestly, these details didn’t bother us at all. The convenience of the neighbourhood, combined with their outstanding hospitality and the beautiful deck and pool, made for a truly lovely week away. I couldn’t recommend this place more, and we’ll definitely be back!

Pedro in the reception is an amazingly caring and service minded host! The room had everything I needed and got quiet when I shut the balcony door. impressive with the beach promenade outside.

Great location in the quiet town of Coìn and perfect as part of an Andalusian getaway. Parking easy to find 10 minutes away and plenty of good restaurants nearby. Lovely breakfast in the morning too. Feels very modern and nicely furnished.
