We had the pleasure of staying at Holiday Wanda in Carvajal, and it was truly a memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with impeccable service, courtesy of the kind and attentive owner, Wanda. The apartment itself was spotless, well-maintained, and inviting. Everything was clean and modern. Our room boasted a stunning sea view that could be enjoyed from our very own balcony. It was pleasure to sleep with the soothing sounds of the waves— it was the epitome of relaxation. 🥰The room's design cleverly encapsulated a holiday vibe, with tasteful decorations in a white blue colour and a comfortable bed that ensured a good night's sleep. We thoroughly enjoyed every second of our stay at Holiday Wanda and highly recommend it to any couple. Thank you, Wanda, for making our visit so special! We felt like we are at home. Definitely we will come back again!

It was clean and inviting from the outside. There is a small pool and a nice area at the back for people to sit out at night and there’s also a big table and parasol outside the front. Sylvia isn’t always there but there’s a machine where you can get water and beer and refreshments. It’s in a very quiet street which is unusual for Spain 😊. It’s about a 20 min walk down to the beach. There are some cafes and shops nearby that do a great breakfast and dinner. It’s uphill going back to the hostal which I didn’t find a problem but a taxi is about 6 euros if you want to get one. Outside the rooms is a spotless area where there’s tea and coffee and a fridge and these are free to use. There’s a contact number if Sylvia isn’t there for any queries you may have. The rooms themselves are very comfy with lovely warm showers and aircon. Sylvia left a hairdryer in my room so you can request this.

I felt like I was at my home, my stay was long but the cleanliness and amenities were excellent and consistent. I loved the fridge in my room and of course the small, clean yard to catch some sun and everything.

I visited with my mum, and we had a truly wonderful time. Steve and Marina are exceptional hosts—the best I’ve ever had. Nothing is too much trouble for them, and they consistently go above and beyond to ensure you have everything you need. On top of that, they are genuinely lovely people. They also have a couple of adorable cats who are very well-behaved. If cats aren’t your thing, they’ll politely keep their distance. The garden and pool are fantastic, and the small gallery is a great addition. When we had a rainy day, we spent it in the gallery by the pool, enjoying board games, drinks, and food. It was a lovely experience. Like any house, there are minor things here and there, but I know Steve and Marina are already working on updating some of the furniture and facilities. Honestly, these details didn’t bother us at all. The convenience of the neighbourhood, combined with their outstanding hospitality and the beautiful deck and pool, made for a truly lovely week away. I couldn’t recommend this place more, and we’ll definitely be back!

Hostal Beatriz is located just 50 metres from Torremolinos’ Bajondillo Beach. It offers air-conditioned rooms with a balcony and sea views, some of which have a kitchenette.
