Exeptional stay! The place was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was very welcoming and helpful. Great location, fantastic view and peaceful atmosphere. As we read in previous reviews the host also lives in this apartment, but it was not a problem, just the opposite, she makes the stay authentic. We would definitely come back. Highly recommend!

It was clean and inviting from the outside. There is a small pool and a nice area at the back for people to sit out at night and there’s also a big table and parasol outside the front. Sylvia isn’t always there but there’s a machine where you can get water and beer and refreshments. It’s in a very quiet street which is unusual for Spain 😊. It’s about a 20 min walk down to the beach. There are some cafes and shops nearby that do a great breakfast and dinner. It’s uphill going back to the hostal which I didn’t find a problem but a taxi is about 6 euros if you want to get one. Outside the rooms is a spotless area where there’s tea and coffee and a fridge and these are free to use. There’s a contact number if Sylvia isn’t there for any queries you may have. The rooms themselves are very comfy with lovely warm showers and aircon. Sylvia left a hairdryer in my room so you can request this.

Very nice host, good location few minutes away from the beach. The room with fully equipped kitchen is newly renovated. I’d stay here again.

La Posada de Mijas is an excellent apartment block, well managed by Josefina, the host. The apartments are well set up, clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location. They are also great value for money! This is the third year we have stayed there. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these apartments to others.

The charming and picturesque El Escudo De Mijas is situated right in the centre of Mijas, close to Plaza de la Constitución.

The room was very spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The self check-in was quick and convenient, all done with a code. The location was excellent—very quiet and perfect for relaxing, and also close to everything we needed. Parking was easy, with spaces available right near the property. We would definitely stay again. It's unfortunate we couldn’t enjoy the pool, as we arrived at night.

I visited with my mum, and we had a truly wonderful time. Steve and Marina are exceptional hosts—the best I’ve ever had. Nothing is too much trouble for them, and they consistently go above and beyond to ensure you have everything you need. On top of that, they are genuinely lovely people. They also have a couple of adorable cats who are very well-behaved. If cats aren’t your thing, they’ll politely keep their distance. The garden and pool are fantastic, and the small gallery is a great addition. When we had a rainy day, we spent it in the gallery by the pool, enjoying board games, drinks, and food. It was a lovely experience. Like any house, there are minor things here and there, but I know Steve and Marina are already working on updating some of the furniture and facilities. Honestly, these details didn’t bother us at all. The convenience of the neighbourhood, combined with their outstanding hospitality and the beautiful deck and pool, made for a truly lovely week away. I couldn’t recommend this place more, and we’ll definitely be back!

Hostal Beatriz is located just 50 metres from Torremolinos’ Bajondillo Beach. It offers air-conditioned rooms with a balcony and sea views, some of which have a kitchenette.

It was an amazing time again. It was my 5th time bij Pedro and I really enjoyed it. I had a room with sea view and that is definitely worth the price. So beautifull to see the sun is comming up in the morning. The room is clean and has everything you need.
