The property was excellent but you would want to be fit as we were on the 3rd floor with no lift and it was a job getting our suitcases up there The room was well worth the climb with views over the beach for miles and from so many windows even the bathroom . i took so many photos Sunrise Blood moon rise with reflections over the water . Staff were friendly and you could get meals in the restrant which was too pricey 12 euro for continental No cooked breakfast and no cafe nearby. but trams could get you to the town of el campo and there was a bus that could take you to the marina where there was lots of bars and restraints. we had a lovely time there on the fabulous beach and caught up with family who were on holiday there in an apartment further along the beach. all in all a great trip and many happy memories

We very liked the location. It’s 500m away from the beach. Everything is on code so you don’t need keys. Room was top. Better than pictures. Bathroom was so big and also balcony. Bed is comfortable and easy to sleep. If i come back to Alicante i come back to this for sure. Centre of Alicante is 10minutes away with car so its close. Beaches are better here than in center of Alicante. For the beach you need umbrella because there’s no shadow to hide from sun but luckily they provide us with one so big plus. Stuff is super friendly. And also it was very quiet and perfect to rest. Parking is free everywhere in Spain. There are alot of empty spaces in front of apartmant.

Staff communicated very well. The room was very comfortable and both the room and the property as a whole were very clean. It was very quiet and during my stay I didn't even run into any other guests.
