Everything. Warm welcoming. Perfectly kept apartment. Lots of light and air. All facilities you can think of and in the highest standard. The bed is super comfy. In the room coffee machine, free drinks and beer. Quite area. Supermarket under and restaurants and coffee shops. Few minutes from the beach and if you need, quick access to the old city by frequent bus or very nice 30 minutes walk.

Great location and our blue room was lovely. Clean, tidy and super comfortable bed. Loved that there was a kitchen facility and refreshments available. Netflix on the TV and a nice balcony with seats.

First of all it’s in the most high building in town so you can’t get lost because you see it from everywhere. Room is very big as the bathroom. Another plus is that the television can connect with your phone so you can watch YouTube or even your country’s channels if you have that app. Free coffee provided in the hall ! The hotel is next to the buses and trains and not far from the beach or the old town! It was a great value for money room!

My stay at Boulevart Donostia was amazing. Not only because the location was good, the staff was friendly, and the rooms were clean but also because the staff was super helpful on an incident that happened to me. In summary, my phone fell in between the stairs and the elevator (all the way down to the below elevator). It happened the day before my checkout. On that phone, I had all my credit cards, bookings, plane tickets, reservations, everything, everything. It was very stressful. Not only the staff of the hotel handled everything by calling the technician and helping me retrieve the phone but also they took responsibility for the cost of the technician. I was able to retrieve my phone and all the other things in it. I am very grateful for the help they provided and I will definitely stay there in the future. I can recommend it.
