The location was great. Just in the heart of Vasco viejo. The room was very clean and the amenities in the room like kettle Coffee is a good choice.

The room was quite far from the center of Bilbao, but it had excellent transport links. At 20 meters there was a bus stop, which goes right to the center. You can catch almost all the buses that pass through there. There are also two train stations on either side of the room at 200 meters, which take you to the central train station. The routes are very frequent, they are C1, C2 and C4. The room was quite small but beautiful and neat, with a fully equipped bathroom, TV, fridge and air conditioning. Access is made at any time of the day with a code. There is no balcony, but a beautiful skylight in the ceiling, which opens with an electric button. Very quiet room.

I liked the quiet room, confortable matress, location. I am originally from Bilbao and a group of friends and myself decided to stay in Pensión Plaza Nueva. Highly recommend. Plaza Nueva is a great spot to have a few pintxos and drinks in the evening (Also during the day 😉).

Great location, close to Plaza Nueva, Casco Viejo metro station and lots of restaurants and bars. Beautiful room with balcony. Have stayed there before and will definitely stay again.

Excellent location in the middle of Bilbao old town - could not have been better! The hotel was very clean. It does not have a reception and the hotel requires you to complete a self check in (and submit your passport details) prior to checking in. There is a hotel around the corner that the hotel is linked to that has a 24hr reception and luggage storage. The room itself was clean and comfortable. There is a kitchenette with a fridge (but there is no stove so you can’t cook).
