Along the Camino path one encounters this modern accommodation across from another hostel and restaurant. The rooms are very modern and the building has a common kitchen area for guests along with fridge. The hostel across the road (path really) has the restaurant and laundry machine at the back of the hostel. One can easily hang clothes up to dry in the yard. A wonderful restful stop along the Camino.

OMG...what didn't I like about Pazo Santa Maria. This hidden gem is absolutely OUTSTANDING in every way. I consider myself a pampered pilgrim and only stay at stunning places. Pazo Santa Maria just stole my heart. It's so peaceful, so sophisticated, so elegant. Old world charm at it's finest. Everything was beyond perfection! I would love to go back!!!

Location, location, location, right in the centre, close to the Church for the pilgrim mass. A lovely recommendation for a good Spanish restaurant. A fine touch and a sense for social responsibility. On my walk from Sarria to Santiago, separate from Hospederia San Martin Pinario, Pension Luis was my top choice. Nice toiletteries provided.
