First and foremost stunning guest house. Beautifully decorated and styled throughout. We were welcomed with open arms by Ossama, Laurice and their beautiful family. The rooms are very spacious with the most comfortable bed, I already miss it, large bathroom and a bonus living are that opened up onto a small balcony. Room also has fridge, air conditioning and electric fan which was perfect for night time. Every morning we were treated to a huge delicious breakfast with numerous various foods. Delicious ! ! ! Staff were so friendly. Now on to the proprietors. They looked after every booking for each trip we were interested in doing which were all brilliant and went off without a hitch. Due to lost luggage on arrival into Egypt Ossama liaised with the airline /courier Company days before our arrival and once found, had our luggage delivered to the guest house. For this alone we can not thank him enough. If you plan to visit Luxor do not hesitate to stay at Kemet House…you won’t regret it. Ossama and Laurice, thank you for your hospitality. You were truly wonderful and your guest house is a credit to you both. The very best of luck always.

For us it was the best place to stay, the people who work here are great, attentive and joyful. We found our host really welcoming, helpful and layed back. The owner is an Egyptian/American and knows exactly what a traveler want and need. The place is super clean (even for European standards!) and the owner, Amar, is super friendly and helpful! And... it was hard to believe but even the breakfast and dinner was include... and no.. not just an egg but a full breakfast and the dinner... pff... better you ask a doggybag haha because i am just you can not finish it... Was the best meal I had in whole Egypte...

Very warm people! They welcome us and let us check in earlier than the typical time! They offer us coffee and tea while waiting for the apartment to be cleaned for us! The apartment was very comfortable with a wide bed with a very good mat! They prepare a homemade breakfast for us with fresh falafel, beens, eggs, cheese, yoghurt, vegetable and fruits! The location is perfect! Next time I will stay there more time! Thank you Abeer and Austin for your hospitality!

This was a good value stay for us. The hosts, especially Ibrahim, were very courteous and offer many options in the event you are looking for tour advice. This area on the west bank is much quieter than the other side of the river, and quite peaceful in the evening. There are a number of restaurants nearby. The public area and pool are new and in great shape. Bathrooms are clean. We would definitely stay here again.
